First, I enjoy meeting and making new friends from all over the world and from all genres of music. I hope that you and I can become friends too. The music business has been my life and my business and it has taken me to places I never thought I would work. From Los Angeles to Nashville to New York to Miami and I have had the pleasure of working with so many talented artists in the music industry.I am known in the music business as "SpiderMan Harrison" from my days on Top 40 and Tejano radio in Austin, Texas.I am also working on launching a new full color, monthly magazine which will cover Tejano music, culture and lifestyle as as well as cover all types of music loved by Tejano music fans too...like Country, Top 40, Salsa/Merengue, Christian etc. Tejano Nation Magazine will cover all important issues that affect the whole family. It has been a year of hard work and soon we will be launching the magazine.I have worked for Top 40 radio and Tejano radio in Austin Texas (KTXZ and KRGT radio). I am a former journalist for the weekly trade publication, Radio y Musica, which was owned by Alfredo Alonso. I am a former promotions executive for major record labels like EMI LATIN(Capitol Records)-Jose Behar-CEO, Sony Discos(Tommy Mattola-CEO), Rodven Records, Caiman America Records, Ultrax Records(Tommy Quon), etc. I worked with Grammy winner, Little Joe Hernandez at Rodven Records, and groups like La Mafia, Ram Herrera, Jay Perez,Stefani Sullivan (Montiel),Shelly Lares, Anna Roman, Elida Y Avante while at Sony Discos. At EMI LATIN, I had the pleasure of working with artists like first Queen of Tejano music-Laura Canales, Tejano legend-Johnny Hernandez, Emilio Navaira, Grupo Mazz, David Lee Garza y Los Musicales, Gary Hobbs to name a few and I worked with Tejano Super Star, Selena Quintanilla Perez, the year she won her Grammy and I promoted and worked many of her biggest radio hits while working for EMI LATIN. It was a pleasure working with Selena and her family promoting their music to the whole world. I miss her very much, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her, her wonderful sense of humor and her great talent. I have also had the wonderful opportunity to have worked with over 80% of the biggest acts in Tejano music, and I have worked with legendary artist manager, Tommy Quon, manager for Vanilla Ice and Elizabeth Gutierrez and Texas Fire. I have also worked with R&B and Country artists. In Country, I have worked with Roger Brown, one of the best songwriters in Nashville.
