In the mid 1900’s my grandfather, Wayne Steinmetz, owned and operated a small restaurant, called Wayne’s Luncheonette. Surrounding the luncheonette were hundreds of antique Ford’s, including the Tin Lizzie (model T Ford), and model A Ford’s. The luncheonette basically served lunch to the surrounding area workers and also boasted delicious ice-cream and a soda fountain. After my grandfather’s death, the business closed down and all the cars were sold. I plan to use this concept to open a new ice-cream Shop just a hundred yards down High Street.
