About Me
Hey there. You’re here probably by little more than sheer chance, but I’m sincerely glad about it, since, somehow, chance meant us to meet :). Or maybe you’re here because I wandered into your profile and I like what I saw. Hence my invitation.
Quite possibly we share affinities since , when we’re broadening our myspace network, we obviously tend to feel interest for people who seem appealing, for some reason or another. So, one more reason to be friends :) .
I’m sure the common interest(s) we most probably share can cause us to keep I touch, maybe develop a nice friendship, maybe even actually meet some day. I like cool, slick, fun, elegant people; people who are somehow art-related (musicians, preferably jazz or funk, but many more, also) or artistic themselves; people in jazz clubs, models (a piece of art themselves), sculptors, people with a smart sense of humour (a sign of intelligence), etc. etc. etc. That said, it’s always good to make sure what the others are trying to tell you. Communication is a fallacy, a flow of misunderstandings and misstatements amongst which some isolated effective transmission does manage to pull through. Words smear, hinder and distract the message.
The only remedy is staring deeply into one another’s eyes, which don’t lie and, perhaps, hold each other’s hands (restrictions apply here), at length, serenely, with the unspoken edge of the one that really knows.
Alternatively, we will always have the havens of nature, music and poetry.About music: I really looooove music. Listening to it. Playing it. It’s therapeutic, healing. Makes me feel sooo good. Four-to-the-floor (think house), funky, such rhythmically strong music, with such driving throb, generates endorphins (it’s actually a self-produced drug; talk about cost-effective highs!), hooks you , uplifts you!
I also love jazz (see my name).I live by the maxim contained in the saying “Life’s too short to drink cheap wineâ€, which you can extrapolate to all the other fields in life, besides wine.
I’m a declared hedonist, a Sicily’s Syndrome glad victim. But not by choice; it’s a natural thing; I happen to be blessed/cursed with a high –maybe too high- sensitivity to beauty, in its many-sided manifestations. Art / beauty can be in your every single action. It’s up to your sense of commitment and surrender.
Yet, you know what they say: Appearance wins over the eyes, but personality wins over the heart... ha ha...So, be in touch, take care ;)Jazzint
