Majesty

VIDEO PLUS BASFormé officiellement en 2005, Majesty a dû attendre longtemps avant d'avoir l'occasion de se présenter pour la première fois en spectacle dans "l'immense" centre ville de La Tuque en 2006. Après ce show à petit budget, le groupe à dû attendre jusqu'en en 2007 avant de pouvoir performer et d'arriver en première position au concours local de Secondaire en Spectacle. Ils ont alors pu aller au concours régional et ainsi représenter leur numéro à la Salle J.A. Thompson. Majesty à aussi participé au concours Pop du festival des harmonies de Sherbrooke réunissant près d'une vingtaine de band. Ils s'illustrent et accèdent à la grande finale et finissent troisième. Majesty est plutot axée sur le Cover que sur la composition mais ne laisse pas tombé l'idée d'en produire. _______________________________________________ Formed officially in 2005, the band members of Majesty had to patiently wait for a significant amount of time before stumbling upon the occasion to perform their first show (2006) in La Tuque’s “immense” downtown. After this small-budget show, the band had to wait until the year 2007 before performing their next show. They won first place in a local competition known as Secondaire en Spectacle. They therefore were invited to present their performance at a regional competition at the J.A. Thompson Hall. Majesty also participated in the Pop (Festival des harmonies de Sherbrooke ) competition, bringing together over twenty bands. They flew through to the finals and won third place. Majesty is, at the moment, more concentrated on covers than on compositions, but they have not given up on the idea of one day producing their own music.19/11/07
