--------------------------------------------------I am a 15 year old boy who was circumcised at birth and ever since finding out what it was has opposed it without question. I make this site only because i want people(especially parents) to have an insite into what life is like to grow up being mutilated by circumcision. Imagine you were raped and along with being raped you had your most valuable body part taken and you never will never know what its like to have that body part. Along with this for the next 18 years of your life or so you have to live with the very person who ensured it happened to you (your parents). ------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------The right of choice is the most basic of all human rights, am i not good enought to deserve that right? Is YOUR SON not smart/old/GOOD enough for his right of choice?
Why does your son not deserve his right of choice? and that one is not rhetorical if you are going to circumcise your son please tell me why he shouldn't have the right of choice on his own body?-------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------ Now to my arguements against.AIDS yes circucision prevents it a tad but CIRCUMCISION DOES NOT COMPLETELY MAKE A MALE AIDS PROOF, CIRCUMCISED MEN STILL GET AIDS.
Also, remember that AIDS is a std SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE, BABIES DON'T HAVE SEX!!The same goes for the rare urinary track infections it might stop one in one hundred babies from getting a urinary tract infection but it will cause alot more problems. Not to mention creams for urinary tract infections cost around 20 to 50 dollars circumcision mutilates your son and cost around 800 dollars.----------------------------------------------------

----------REMEMBER INFANCY ISN'T THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN CIRCUMCISE SOME ONE. If you leave him intact and he prefers a circumcised penis he can get one but if you circumcise him and he wants a normal penis he cant get one.--------------------------------------------------------

----------I know this will seem a cliche intactivist argue ment but why is it illegal and you can be inprisoned when you remove the hood of skin above the clitoris on a girl without her consent but she can get it done if she wishes when she is older, why the wouldn't it be the same for boys? ----------------------------------------Now to go down the path of law. When someone is crying and screaming they don't like what is happening to them so this shows the infant does not approve to what you are doing and he is trying to directly communicate with you to tell you he doesn't want whatever is happening to happen. In this case having his genitals mutilated, he does it this way as he cannot communicate anyother way so please don't ignore this. For example if you saw someone getting raped and they were crying and screaming would you think they want to be raped? On top of all of that if he wanted to be circumcised wouldn't he behave during the operation? so why does he need to be straped down so he can't prevent it? Exactly that, so he can't prevent it so he can't have a choice.-----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------MY EXPERIENCE: I was mutilated at infancy and did not find out about it until i was 11 when i found out about it on a site i thought until this moment that i was normal the same as the day i was born, but when i found out i wasn't i instantly felt sick and i felt this same sick feeling for the next two and i half years. That sickness was depresion, the feeling of being abused and i was. i still get depressed over it sometime but that is on of the reasons i made this site to make me happy by stoping such a horribly thing happening in our world. Unless you have been circumcised at infancy you can never know what it feels like to know you aren't whole you, in the sense you aren't the way you were born. It's as if your parents chose for you to have a disability, to be a amputee. If they had surgery to make someone a quadriplegics would as many parents have that done to there babies they do with circumcision? Because to me they both seem the same.
