I am getting married!!!! Patrick and I are getting married on April 11, 2009 in Austin.On my 27th birthday (Sept 16), I woke up completely content and so happy. I thought to myself, what a great place to be in my life to start out my 27th year...I need to send a special thankyou to all of my amazing friends and family for helping me grow as a person and as a friend. Sometimes you never really know how much people care about you until you take a step back and look around. I am always surrounded by the best people - both in Austin and Pittsburgh.To all of my Pittsburgh peeps...thank you for embracing Patrick as if he were a part of our family for ever, and for not having to think twice about coming to Austin and share in our special day. (I know some of you aren't going to be able to make it, but just knowing that you really want to be and you're going to be there in spirit means so much to me). I grew up with the most amazing close-nit group of people, and I think about you always!To my Austin peeps...thanks for sticking by us through some of the storm. It means so much to Patrick and I that we have such a loyal and fun group of friends. I know we aren't out as much as before, so when we aren't, pour out a little liqour for us. I guess Patrick and I both realized that sometimes you have to cut through the fog to find the rainbow at the end. Things happen for a reason, and always work out for the best. ...We love you Jourdan and Brandy!Besides my amazing friends, I'm busy planning the wedding, work is great, I was in 3 fabulous weddings this summer, our house is awesome (but I'm glad we don't own it), so happy it's football season again, and I'm just really excited to be married to Patrick.Austin is still amazing, but I am so ready for the fall.
