About Me

Xbox 360 Gamer Card:
I don't expect you to die for me, even though I would die for you, but rather than hate you I embrace you and change the mood that you relate to. I have Cystic Fibrosis & it affects me everyday. One day it will kill me, most likely before I reach the age of 30. I don't blame my parents for giving me this disease, I love them very much. As time goes on my condition gets worse making it harder for me to do things I used to do with ease, ranging from simple things like walking up and down stairs all the way to physically taxing things such as running and playing paintball. I'm not uncomfortable talking about any of it nor do I fear my fate. The only thing I do fear is dying alone. I don't mean with someone standing by my side, I'm talking about dying without a significant other that I've joined my soul with... guess I gotta get to work to alleviate my fears eh? Contrary to what this autobiographical paragraph might have you believe, I am pretty optimistic about most things. Which I'm sure helps contribute to my being a "hopeless romantic".
Fun Fact!: I have a tattoo of Pac-Man and all the ghosts (Pinky - the pink one, Inky - the blue one, Blinky - the red one & Clyde - the orange one), but Inky is in the distressed mode (like when Pac-Man eats one of those power pellets)... & yes I know im a big nerd for knowing all the names for the Pac-Man ghosts, but do you know anyone that knows the japanese names for the ghosts? Macky (Blinky), Micky (Pinky), Mucky (Inky) & Mocky (Clyde)... haha pretty inventive eh?

Also here is another fun fact about Pac-Man: The original name for Pac-Man was Puck-Man. They changed it due to the fact that vandals could very easily just put a white piece of tape or some White-Out over part of the "P" and change it to an "F" thus making it a "Fuck-Man" machine! haha! Even with the name change though you can still find "Puck-Man machines throughout Europe".
Recent Going-Ons: I had just recently gotten back from a giant road-trip I took with my mama (you can read a detailed day-to-day log written by myself - with pictures! - everyone that I know that has read it said that they really enjoyed it and on more occasions than I'd care to remember I had people calling and asking me to update the blog. They say I'm a good writer, I would agree, but I don't really agree with them. I just write what comes naturally and I'm not sure if that is what "good writing" consists of.) Wow that was a long set of parentheses wasn't it? Anyway our road-trip went from my home-town of New Castle, PA to San Diego, CA. On the way to San Diego we made a sort-of northern arc and hit up a lot of the northern states, including my mama's and my own favorite destination which was Hood River, Oregon. That place is phenomenal. It wasn't cold at all like you'd think a northern state would be, it was in the high 80s or low 90s the whole time, but it didn't feel like it at all due to the constant breeze we were getting being so close to big bodies of water. On the way from San Diego we made a southern arc and hit up a lot of the southern states. We didn't really take our time going from one coast to the other like we did going east to west, I'd say we made the trek west to east in about half the time. One of the most awesome things we came across on the way back was the Biggest Ball of Twine in the world. You know what? I didn't even tell you why we went to San Diego did I? We went to attend the 2008 San Diego Comic-Convention (which is the world's biggest comic-convention by the way). Anyway if any of that sounds interesting to you, read all about it on my aforementioned day-to-day blog.
Not too long after coming home from the hospital I was admitted to the hospital in Cleveland where I only spent a grand total of about 5 days. The way I was able to come home so fast was that my body (or one of the various infections running rampant inside of it) isn't resistant to Tobramycin anymore and I was able to be sent home on IV home meds, which I'm sure sounds intimidating and like a lot of responsibility with a high risk of infection... but due to modern technology, medical practices and having a mother that is a practicing RN I have a lot of things in my favor here.
I've also been playing a lot of Final Fantasy: Crisis Core (PSP), Final Fantasy 1 (PSP, which I started and finished during the road-trip... woop woop!), Bionic Commando:Re-Armed (XboxLive), 1942: Joint Strike (XboxLive) & Galaga Legions (XboxLive)
@ The Moment I'm Feeling Like: I cheated death. But for what? (Yes, I'm still leaving this up, because I am still pondering the reasons for it.)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet this kid and tell him not to expect to be anything great unless you work your ass off and tell him that later in life his emotions will get the best of him and probably get him in trouble and/or drive him fucking crazy...
I'd also like to meet Jesus, yeah that'd be sweet. Especially if He says I can stay @ His place for a while, but I don't see that happening...

I'd also like to meet someone who actually likes me... you know, that girl that doesn't exist for some reason, yeah that'd be nice... I give up... she's not out there and you know it... I'm sure I deserve it since I fucked up every relationship I've ever had, wow I'm awesome! So who wants to hang out?

My Blog

i probably should...

i should prolly really update this thing with witty banter and pix from my road-trip... i gotta find that memory card... and get in the mood
