Avid movie watcher, Strong supporter of the local beer brewing establishments, Cooking (but not cleaning), Soccer, Bungy Jumping and Ski-Diving (definitely want to do both again), Cars & Motorcycles (admiring and driving/riding of), Snowboarding, Coffee (some tea, but I don’t live up to the british stereotype nor the accent), Traveling, Zoning out & staring at the stars (just obviously not in Portland so i just zone out from time to time), Most importantly trying new things..
Like minded individuals who enjoy life, are motivated and driven, but don't always take things too seriously. Humor is very important and an understanding of the joys of sarcasm and a dry english style of humor will ensure that we get along..
Yes I like music...
I have a fairly decent movie collection, although it has stagnated recently (no recent additions). I'm a big fan so here are a few of the "greats": The Back to the Future Trilogy, The Boondock Saints, The Bourne Identity, Death to Smoochy, Easy Rider, Cool Hand Luke, The Great Escape, Dogma, Fight Club, Good Will Hunting, Hackers, Lost in Translation, The Matrix (first one only), Ocean's Eleven, Snatch, PCU, Stargate, 12 Monkeys, Batman Begins, Garden State, The Last Samurai, Layer , Spanglish, Spy Game... just to name a few.
Let's just say that comedy and sci-fi are my bag baby (and sometimes the combination of the two)... and leave it at that or i'm likely to get into trouble.. :)
Carmine -- He was my best of friend, he was a great companion, he was my cat. On February 19, 2006 I had to put him to sleep due to complications from a viral infection, he was 1.5 years old. In the short, and very privilidged, time that i knew him he taught me a lot and he showed me what true courage looks like. He makes me a better person every day. I won't forget you. (I may be a sap but I loved that cat.)
