Funeral Veil has been founded in late 2007 by Melkor, mastermind of the black metal one-man-band Eru.
Immediately after Letaliis (..., Deep-pression) joined the project as vocalist, the duo started to work on the first release.
Funeral Veil concept is about a sick journey into psychology and nihilism of life, to analyze the various shades of human mind and how it's bringing us to self-destruction.
The first release has been issued by Valse Sinistre Prod. in April 2008, a limited 4-tracks EP titled "...Visions Of Decadence".
Now the band is working hard on the next release, which is going to be a long concept self-titled album about Death.
