Stop:Go:Tokyo are a three piece rock group based in Dundalk, Co.Louth. After forming in mid 2007, the band has quickly built up an impressive repertoire of original material as well as a rapidly growing fan base. Combining influences which include Bloc Party, Talking Heads, Motion City Soundtrack, and Interpol, to create a sound which is both incessantly catchy, and impressively musical; the band will record their debut EP in September with a release date tentatively scheduled for some time before the end of the year. Until then, the guys plan on perfecting their already engaging & energetic live shows; while bringing their music to as many people as possible.

Stop:Go:Tokyo have recently played a few high profile gigs, including a headline slot in Dublin's Button Factory, and supporting Boss Volenti and Juno Falls on the 2fm 2morrow Tour. In addition, they have played with some great bands, such as Open Door Policy, Primitevo, All Star Charge and Mongo Horn.
