About Me

This site is Temporary in it's present state and under CONSTRUCTION and will be changed When I Eddie Rhodes release newer material. FOR NOW THE SONGS AND PHOTO ARE TEMPORARY AS THEY ARE OLDER MATERIAL.Until I exchange these with newer songs and photos the songs posted are my "B" side heavily emulated groups I have done just for fun. So until I post newer stuff I hope you will enjoy the Eddie Rhodes emulation page. Cheers! ------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------1. Color it Pink - ( A pink Floyd emulation )2. Sinister Lover - ( a combo of Duran Duran and Alice Cooper influences )3. Driving Me Mad - ( a Beatles emulation )4. All Alone ( a Doors emulation )5. Instrumental version of The Beatles - Free As a Bird. I did this to use a a test on the new equipt rather than subject my own material for testing purposes. I had no intention of doing anything with the Free as a Bird other than record a version for experimenting with mostly the newer computer technology in recording music. I could add vocals. but that would involve a great deal of work, and difficulty as it's not comfortable in my vocal range, and I think I should devote the time and effort to my own new material instead. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------If you are new to Rhodes Music See my regular page by clicking on the first Top Friends Icon of me (The Rhodes) to hear our regular vintage best material. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------My Beginnings started by being a member of David Peel's band back in 1977 and played regularly in his band up through 1980 singing backup vocals and playing bass, performing 2 sets every Friday & Sat. nights at Mills Tavern in NYC's east vill as well as other gigs.
