Banana Marmelade
You need: 1 kg ripe bananas (peel before), 500 g gelling sugar 2:1, 3 lemons, ½ Tsp. grounded cinnamon, ½ Tsp. grounded cloves, 1 big cup with c. 200-250 ml egg liqueur.
Cut the bananas in chips, mix them with gelling sugar and lemon juice. Rub the lemon peel and put it into. Put the cinnamon and cloves into and let it cook. Let the mixture cook for about 10 min. at slow heat, until the bananas are really creamy. Don't forget to stir with a wooden spoon! Take it from the hot plate and mix the egg liqueur into it. Fill the marmelade into small glases and close them instantly. Enjoy your meal!
