Life as a gamer is the result of dynamic opposites both foreign and domestic, (competitive) and casual, (industrial and cultural) and all the infinte variations of both the (Yin) and the Yang. When the pendulum swings in favor of one it will eventually swing back in favor of its opposite and thus the balance of the unverse is maintained. In the video game society this balance was disrupted by commercial stereotypes which render gamers anti social and devastated the culture's population.
Arcades slowly transformed into ghost houses occupied by the dying hardcore gamers. Playing primarily fighting games to keep the arcades alive, they battled for what little they had to fund thir dying community. Gamers then became fearful of each others ability (therefore) power over each other made them less afraid. The flame of life in the video game culture is sputtering, and, if extinguished, it may never be rekindled. But there are those whose concerns are not for themselves but for the gamers and the gaming population.
