My name is Tatiana, I am the Founder and Creator of a youth program named, “All About the Bizâ€, (A.A.B.) here in the Bay Area. ..All About the Biz is a program geared towards educating youth on the importance of "behind the scene", music industry, business professions. We all know the tremendous amount of influence music has amongst our youth. They are presented with music videos, CDs and/or real TV series of the artist’s lifestyle. And though I find the entertainment aspect of the music industry to be one of the most hard working and soul fulfilling experiences, I feel that our youth are not really presented with the “behind the scene†business roles. Hence, they never get that spark of interest to become more but only but what they see. ..All about the Biz brings great pleasure in providing a program that can and will show youth so much more than what they see.

At this time I am in the process of reaching out to business related professions in the industry as well as the artists. I am doing an inspirational film for the ..All about the Biz youth. This film will consist of music industry business professions discussing the importance of their roles and artists speaking on how much of an impact those "behind the scene" entities have on the success of their career.
This not for profit film will be presented within the A.A.T.B after school programs as a real life view of what their dream profession entails. As well as those youth, whose dreams of becoming an artist, the importance of being business savvy. Please reach out and invest into our youth. Just a few words of wisdom and support can encourage our youth today and drastically alter their future!
