Online Strategies
Flash eCard
A Viral Flash ecard will be created with audio and video elements as well as samples from the new cd. Will also contain buy now and send to friend links. This will serve as a landing page for the campaign.
Email Marketing
Through our own proprietary lists and lists of various partner organizations and companies, we will send html and text emails to the focused demographic of GENRE Music Fans .
These emails will link through to the promotional ecard site or whatever landing page desired. BuzzPlant will aid in the creation of the html emails as needed.

Online Buzz campaign
By seeding various message boards, forums, blogs and chat rooms, we can motivate a team of 'posters' to talk about the CD. This will include links back to the landing page. This will create an online buzz of discussion and activity. The sites that will be focused on will be consistent with the target demographic. Detailed reporting of postings will be kept. Sites will include various social networks, (Myspace, Shoutlife, facebook, etc..) Blogs and message boards. Potential of 5 million impressions.
Online Ad Placement
BuzzPlant will place ads on various high traffic websites that reach the focused demographic. A minimum of at least 3 million impressions.
Search Engine Strategies
Google Adwords pay per click features will be utilized for specific keywords and phrases pertaining to ARTISTS and GENRE music. A minimum of 4 million impressions.
Online Audio Webcast
BuzzPlant will create an 'event' online that will focus on a live streaming interview with ARTISTS leading up to the release. They can be interviewed over the phone and take some questions while streaming the call over the internet. The event can be promoted through all of the above-mentioned methods. People will be driven to a central landing page where they will have to register for the event and give email address, geographic data, etc. Once the event is over, the recording can be edited into a podcast or numerous podcasts.
Listen to Win contest
A flash based 'virtual scratch off' contest will be built that allows to instantly win a prize (ipod, a trip, free cd, etc..) by simply listening to a song all the way through and then at the end of the song, they enter their name and email to see if they have won. This accomplishes 2 things, 1. It forces them to listen to the song all the way through, and 2. It collects their data. A database will be built on the back end to randomly give away prizes at specific time. Non-winners can be offered discount coupons, free downloads, etc.
Detailed reports will be provided at conclusion of campaign.
