Die to Yourself [Our Music Video is Now Up!!!]

Die to Yourself was formed out of an idea to make good music and further the Kingdom of Heaven. Darren, Daryl, Ben, and Louis met through a friend in July of 2005. The four of them looked for a vocalist for 4 months before finally asking Jose to join in December of 2005. Influenced heavily by bands such as The Black Dahlia Murder, and As I Lay Dying; Die to Yourself has created their own unique approach to metal by bridging the gap between Metalcore and Death Metal. The Band has had the opportunity to share the stage with such acts as As Blood Runs Black, Year of Desolation, Societys Finest, War of Ages, Demise of Eros, Becoming the Archetype, The Warriors, Burn in Silence, Full Blown Chaos, Remembering Never, and With Blood Comes Cleansing. Die to Yourself recently recorded their first EP entitled Fear Involves Torment in August of 2006 at Love Juice Labs in San Diego California. Fear Involves Torment is scheduled to be released sometime in late winter of 2006. Now with a steady lineup and a new cd; Die to Yourself will be looking to make a name for themselves in the metal community the next few years.
