About Me

Dr. Rodney Pearson is a teacher, minister, singer, musician and a long time community activist in ministry. He grew up in the streets of Compton , California and was a high school drop out. Drugs and gangs were a way of life for him, but his loving mother had him involved in a small church in nearby Watts, every week without fail! Under the leadership of his mentor and pastor the late Bishop Benjamin F. Reid and other positive role models, this impetuous young boy became a multi-talented nationally known preacher, motivational speaker, corporate trainer, author and leader. For over 30 years, Dr. Pearson has served as a senior pastor and planted six churches while operating in the office of an Apostle of Jesus Christ. Dr. Pearson trains leaders, conducts seminars and workshops nationally on the subject of relationships, team building and conflict resolution. He has served as a professor at the Southern California School of Ministry, director of Christian Counseling at the Living Word Bible College and currently the founding president of the Faith on Fire Church and School of the Prophets in Avondale, Arizona near Phoenix. In addition to his ministerial exploits and accomplishments Dr. Pearson is also a celebrated author of several published non-fiction books and is a playwright. His gospel stage productions have played to audiences all over southern California. He newest and most exciting venture is the development of You Are Loved Publishing. He is currently looking for people who have a story to tell!MySpace Graphics MySpace Layouts ..
