About Me

"Who's Eye-Q?"

Eye-Q was born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island New York. His love for the arts started off with drawing and poetry, eventually he got into Hip Hop. His father would play artists like Heavy D, Run DMC, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious 5, Angie B, Salt N Pepper, and Biggie Smalls. Inspired by the poets he heard on Vinyl he became a big fan of Hip-Hop and began to write rhymes. His teachers didn't fancy his study habits, nor did they approve of his disobedience in the classroom but they always told him he was a strong writer, something even he had yet to understand. Now he's off the detention list and on wax and ready to bring you a sound in Hip-Hop you've never heard before. Ladies and gentlemen, Eye-Q.

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: "Let me see if I understand this. In other words, you held out for... less money." "I was wrong, you were right." "You know, the basic idea of negotiation, as I understand it, is to get your price to go up." "You're smart, I'm dumb." "You know, this is how they negotiate in the bizarro world." - Jerry and George, in "The Watch"

"So where's my sneakers?" "That's what I want to know." "What do you mean?" "Well, I saw mom and pop this morning, but when I went by the store on my way home the place was empty. Everything is gone. Mom and pop vanished!" "So all my sneakers are gone?" "I'm afraid so, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I've been asking around. They didn't even have any kids." "Mom and pop aren't even a mom and pop? "It was all an act, Jerry. They conned us, and they scored big-time!" "So, mom and pop's plan was to move into the neighborhood, establish trust - for 48 years - and then run off with Jerry's sneakers?" "Apparently." - Jerry, Kramer and Elaine, in "The Mom and Pop Store"
Influences: Nas, Eminem, Biggie Smalls, Jay-Z
