Movies:
I like movies with singing and/or dancing. For example: Velvet Goldmine (kickass soundtrack), Hedwig and the Angry Inch (kickass soundtrack), Center Stage (crappy movie but kickass dance scenes)...I also like weird trippy foreign films like: City of Lost Children...some of my other miscellaneous favorites include: Motorcycle Diaries, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, American Psycho, Supertroopers, Old School, Half Baked... but there's too many to think of, so ill have to come back to this list later
Television:
Day of Our Lives, Law and Order, but not CSI, Entourage, Unscripted, Absolutely Fabulous (british humor), the Apprentice, Conan, Aquateen Hunger Force, Futurama, but not Family Guy (I cant stand all the ADD switching back and forth, and the stupid random humor- i know everyone else likes it, but i dont)...
Books:
I love to read! anything and everything...from classics to erotica...my favorite are Russian and South American writers... some of my favorite authors are: Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Tom Robbins, Kurt Vonnegut, Donald Barthelme, Virginia Woolf, Ernest Hemingway, Anton Chekhov, Leo Tolstoy... I love philosophical and environmental poetry- Wallace Stevens, W.S Merwin
Heroes:
All the expatriate poets, artists and writers from the 1920's Lost Generation- most of them ended up killing themselves one way or another, but they lived such romantic lives...
