About Me

Started to play guitar at the age of 15. Originally wanted to play bass after seeing Level 42s Mark King rip it up. My dad told me to learn the guitar first and I guess I'm still learning.

Trying to improve my playing by playing almost every day of the week, I have come to understand my weaknesses and strenghts. Practising is cool, nothing beats playing with other folks so I'm also playing in different bands.

Blues Deluxe (thanks Joe B) is a female fronted blues and bluesrock band. Started in the early days of 2007, we are working at establishing our brand of new and old music with a female touch.

Dansability is an allround party coverband with a preference for eighties music. I joined them in April 2007 and we've been working hard getting a killer playlist together and have done a series of gigs in the meantime.

Some of my favorite gear includes:

-Tyler Burning Water Studio Elite and Antarctic Mint Schmear Classic
-Recently acquired 1980 Tokai LS80 Les Paul
-Masotti X100M Modern amp, very versatile
-Custom Audio 3+SE preamp with Advance TT power amp
-Paul Lenders cabinets loaded with Eminence speakers
