OUR POLICY ON TATTOOING & PIERCING MINORS
If you are under 18, you must bring your parent or legal guardian with you. Guardian must have picture ID. If minor does not have picture ID, you must bring birth certificate and the name of the guardian must be on birth certificate. If guardian is not biological parent or isn't listed on birth certificate, then you must bring a document showing proof of custody.You might think it's a pain, but your best interest is at heart.
