But what you don’t know is Sahara is a singer and writer as well. She recorded several tracks in which she wrote, with producer, Lew Lang. Sahara is currently working with Quincy (Q) Lowe of Trashy Beats Productions, recording and writing songs of an R&B/pop genre.Sahara discovered her talent for singing at the ripe old age of 4, when she entered her first talent competition in which she won the title of Southern States Talent Queen. It was at that moment her parents knew the spotlight was where Sahara belonged. Sahara began vocal training at the Wright Studio under the direction of Eric Wright. She began singing all types of music including R&B, Pop, Classical, Gospel and Country Music. She has entertained audiences all over the United States. Sahara racked up state and national titles for her vocal abilities that afforded her cash, scholarships and the opportunity to perform at the acclaimed Billy Bobs Club in Dallas, Texas as well as Fan Fare in Nashville, Tennessee. Sahara auditioned to be part of the Children Choir of Houston in which she was accepted. This allowed her the chance to vocal train and perform for very large audiences.When she is not acting, Sahara loves doing typical teenage girl stuff, which includes, dancing, talking to her friends on the phone and chatting with them on her computer and she LOVES to shop. She even loves window-shopping. She also enjoys hanging out with her little brother Khanyon and hanging out with her parents, who have taught her biggest lesson in life, which is to always keep trying and striving for your dreams and to always do things on your own, because it makes your accomplishments that much sweeter in the end.Sahara currently resides in Los Angeles, Ca.
