Thanatos, after having escaped from a local music school, armed with new tapping and sweep picking skills, along with a fucked-up sense of harmony, was asked by fellow escapee Agamoth to join Abgott, in the quest for ever faster and more intricate black metal. Thanatos quickly saw that Abgott was more than just another black metal band, bringing some much needed innovation to the dark art. After the first gig, he reveled so much in channeling the forces of evil through his guitar, that he decided to join Abgott in their quest permanently. ...and so, here we are today.
