Yeah, I love kids, but I would make a terrible father because I'm not assertive. I have very little control over children and it rarely takes them long to realize this. They generally either treat me as an equal or walk all over me. Plus, I'm really immature. I tend to think the same stuff's funny and get into trouble right along with them. That's what "but not for me" means in my case.
