Roller Derby has arrived and we're looking for a few good girls! (Bad girls are welcome too!)
The League is growing quickly and we're seeking teams and team mates in preparation for 2008. If you're looking for a great way to stay in shape, make new friends and have a blast doing it, then Roller Derby is for you.We offer:

• You must be female and over 19 years of age. Other than that 2 feet and a heartbeat are all it takes to try on a pair of skates without brakes. We have all shapes and sizes on our teams. Many of us had never been on wheels before our first practice and we're still learning. If you decide it's for you, all you'll need is a pair of skates and some pads and you're on your way!.Rollerskating is a fun and efficient cardio workout. According to medical research, rollerskating ranks in the top 3 activities that improve or maintain physical fitness and general well-being. The medical world has declared roller skating/blading better for your health than jogging.
