Spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, playing racquetball, skiing, watching/ ocassionally attempting to play Hockey, running (actually I hate running but I run the occasional race to push myself), swimming, playing drums (don't own a set anymore though so this doesn't happen often), going to concerts, cooking, eating, eating, eating, watching a good movie and relaxing when I have the time.
Old friends and possible new ones, I'm always open to positive people.
I'm pretty well rounded and open minded with music, I'd say I mostly listen to older rock bands from High School/College like 311, Jamiroquai, Oasis, & Sublime, but I sometimes still listen to Classic Rock (Allman Bros., The Stones, Zeppelin, The Band) and I'm starting to get into some new heavier bands (keeps me pumped up when lifting). Also due to the need to zone out on commutes to/from work, I've been getting back into trance real big (Tiesto, Armin Van Buren, etc.) I used to be into drum 'n' bass, jungle, breakbeats (picked those 3 up from my semester abroad in London), and to a lesser extent house, so I still listen to that stuff when I'm in the mood for some electronica. Also listen to Dancehall and Hip Hop cause that's what people like to dance to, and I listen to Classical when I'm working to keep me smart (Beethoven, Chopin, Debussey, Saint Saens, Rachmaninoff, etc.). Basically I like everything but country!
Bloodsport and most other Van Damme Movies (But especially Bloodsport), the Rambos, Rockies, and other cheesy action movies, Cyrano de Bergerac, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, classics like Casablanca, Lawrence of Arabia, and Dr. Zhivago, and tons of others that I can't think of off the top of my head.
Rome, UFC, Da Ali G Show, South Park, Jeopardy-May be geeky, but hey people tend to like what they are good at ;) History Channel
1001 Arabian Nights, The Kite Runner, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Jonathan Livingston Seagull (My high school cross country coach gave us this as a graduation present, I read it every year), but I mostly read books on History (my guilty pleasure)
My parents, who have shown me that happiness comes by achieving a balance of family, friends, work, and personal interests.
