Electric Expressions was first established and open for business in the tattoo industry in Kenner, LA. Six years after the intial start, Henri Montegut opened his second location, but this time in New Orleans off of Carrollton Avenue. However, due to the demolition of this location, Henri was forced to move the shop and this time relocated to Canal Street in the vicinity of the French Quarter.
After many years in New Orleans, Electric Expressions moved once again, but this time back to Kenner, LA due to popular demand and customer convenience. Electric Expressions features many award winning artists, whose work has been featured in many if not all major tattoo magazines.
As one of the oldest tattoo shops in the area, Electric Expressions is registered with the Better Business Bureau and practices rigid sterilization techniques. The most current and proven sterilization methods are used in addition to providing new needles and for each and every customer with disposable ink dispensers. Electric Expressions provides full tattoo and body piercing services while focusing on courteous and individual attention to all patrons who walk through the door of the establishment.
Custom tattoos and creative cover-ups are our specialties. You are welcome to come in and view the artists' portfolios, bring your own design/idea or choose from our huge design selection. Voted "Best Tattoo Studio" by locals in the New Orleans area, our work speaks for itself. Just ask anyone!
