Poormouth breathes new life into the roots music of Appalachian music and classic bluegrass. It all began a while back when Connie, Dick and Bob were playing in the Highwater String Band, and occasionally with The Coyotes. A chance meeting with the shadowy and mysterious Charlie Orban led Paul into a chance meeting (as if there really was such a thing) with Dick. Paul has been touring with Goodbye Tulsa and had some time on his hands. Well, one thing led to another, and about a month later Poormouth was formed, as if by magic. Since then, they have been getting back to the roots of acoustic music, with some old timey and Irish influences thrown in. So now it’s time to take it on the road and see what happens. Certainly a splendid time will be had by all! Come out and join in on the fun and music, where ever that may happen to be.
