The Deaf Blind Dumb was founded by DJ Abs, Larry and Falk in 2004. The party exists from 2004 - 2007 in this line up. The concept of the party is a mix of oldschool Gothrock, Postpunk, Gothpunk and Deathrock sounds. Also Oldschool Electro, Psychobilly, Punk and some kind of Indietronic and Electro Punk is span at the Deaf Blind Dumb.
The Deaf Blind Dumb hosted some great live shows in the past.
2007 was a sad year for Deaf Blind Dumb and his friends. Our beloved friend and founder ABS died during the Deaf Blind Dumb break in august 2007.
After months of grief Falk and Larry wanted to restart the party. In october a special DBD in line with the VL street festival was organised by Falk and Larry with guest DJ Enno of Nightfalls Dance.
Falk and Larry search a new 3rd residence DJ for further Deaf Blind Dumb partys. Kevin (DJ Bigo) was for long time guest at the Deaf Blind Dumb and a good friend of the DBD members. In november 2007 Kevin joined the team and spin since this time at 3rd residence DJ. Now the party taking place monthly at the VL in Halle Saale. The party is taking a summer break of 3 months (june - august).
