I am currently working on my portfolio for my Master of Fine Arts, and am in the process of receiving my MA in Studio Art; thus continuing my masochistic pursuit for a career in drawing and photography.
I adore Black and White Photography ... street, posed, animals, people, places ... anything that catches my eye.
I have a rather large portfolio of musicians exercising their talents (an avenue I quite enjoy photographing). So if you are in a band, and are interested in studio shots or live performance shots, don't be afraid to contact me.
I enjoy sculpture, and am expanding on a series of bird pieces at the moment.
I am intrigued by the exotic and the interesting, the everyday and the decayed. I work with both symbolism and realism.
Long Live The Fantusionalists!
I also love music. It too, influences my life. The essence of sound is very powerful. I am enamored with the piano and the violin, as well as fascinated by the unending possibilities that the human voice can produce. As a person, my lunar crescent is quite waxed and polar: I am crazy and insane, quiet and reserved. I love to dance to the beat of my own drum, while banging it as loud as I can at three-in-the-morning. (Well, usually it's around Twelve or One ... whenever I get back from a gig, work or school.) All in all, I love to laugh and live life as best as I can. Expressing myself and my inner-most thoughts is vital to my existence. Here's a bit of my photography ... let me know what you think if you are so inclined. *NOTE* If you have a slow internet connection, you may have to reload the page several times in order for all of the images to show up. Oh, and just because I can ... here's a pic or two of *some* of my dogs: the source of many heart attacks and unending "incidents".
