Rich Halo Booking & Artist Servicesbegan development in October of 2006 with The Music Menu musicians resource guild based out of Phoenix, AZ. In April of 2007 Rich Halo Booking & Artist Services took face allowing The Music Menu to have a direct booking source as an option to use for booking resources. Booking is a hard task to do for most bands & solo artists. It's a business... Booking is a 24-7 type of gig. Typically loveless too! Bookers are praised one gig & then hated the next gig. A booking rep/agent uses their skills and knowledge with their contacts and established relationships with venues, promoters, other booking representation & agencies, etc... to get you in the door. When a new group or soloist comes out with little acknowledgment on their music and no real visibility to their "name", you are depending on that booker knowing how to work their magic! Without question, it's a tough road when taking on "new names and faces" but... your music is the product, and we are your "spokes person/advocate" on behalf of you and your music. 2.Non-Exclusive Standard Contract-Venues, In-Stores
(Non-contracted venues. Booking(s) confirmed via email/phone ONLY. You will be RESPONSIBLE for advancing your booked & scheduled performances.)
3. Non-Exclusive Custom Contract-Signed, Newly Signed,
those in Negotiations for Signing
This contract is offered to groups & soloists that are in the process of being "signed"
to management, label or a booking contract with a booking agency/firm for their label such asTKO Booking Agency, Music Inc. (formerly Lucky Artist Booking), The Agency Group, William Morris Agency, etc...
(Rich Halo Booking will act as a "stepping stone" to assist with your transitional process that occurs during this stage of your career.This will enable to you continue to have bookings without worry or issues. Once your "signed", Rich Halo Booking permits a simple "buy out" option for the bookings/services by Rich Halo Booking,
allowing your label & agency/firm to take over the status of all bookings.)
The contracts are developed to help with accountability, quality of services from all parties involved, professionalism, and educating you and enabling you to know the requirements and expectations from this side of the music industry on a levels of this side of the industry. The contracts are designed to help better embrace your particular needs and customize to what you are needing to excel in your career.
Optional contracts can be provided such as...
Technical (plot/stage) Riders:This supports requirements for bands with specific needs on a stage.
Hospitality Riders:This supports requests for backstage needs, lodging, etc...

coffee houses, cafes, art galleries, record stores, grills & neighborhood taverns, bars, pubs, clubs, churches, resorts, live music venues & halls, casinos, arenas, and festivals. The opportunities for performance with our current roster ranges as follows:

200-349 person capacity
350-500 person capacity
501-1000 person capacity
1001-2000 person capacity
2001-3500 person capacity
3599-5600 person capacity
