Aftershock

After only two practices, the band noticed an uncanny bond between the members. Adam Chumley (Lead guitar/backing vocals) is very influenced by bands like Nile and Mastadon and loves those blazing solos. A master of thrashing solos, Adam gives Aftershock its trembling scream. Jake Lowenthal (Drums) is also into the heavier side of metal, classic rock and has a love for theory. His machine gun double bass adds a marvelous frame for for the classics and the heavy. Sonny Murphy (Rhythm guitar/Lead Vocals) comes from a background heavily set by Jimi Hendrix, Disturbed and Metallica. He may not be able to go just as fast as Adam but gives Aftershock the unifying rhythm. Steven Mansfield (Bass) is also influenced by many bands like Nirvana, Seether and others. Steven adds the thunder and bass to Aftershocks revolutionary new sound. The band is ready for the world, but is the world ready for the band?
