Born in South Africa,he Listend to a lot of African music and was hooked on to the hip hop & reggae sound of the day very early on in his life, after 12 year's of rooming around africa finally moving to Holland and got on to the Drum & Bass & Garage explosions of the nineties before getting turned on to the sounds of nuskool Break Beat, Grime & Dubstep, Started Djing and promoting in the late 90’s
pushing the sound to ravers and party people across Holland.
Playing the full spectrum of breaks (although mostly hard heavy bassline breaks, taking in dubwize, oldskool, garage, and drum&bass influences) SJS is always on the case supporting the UK scene through promoting and DJing at parties all over the country. Residencies across the South and guest sets at well respected nights all over NL plus radio shows have been the perfect opportunity to showcase the sound of breaks & dub
