I'm Laurelin, otherwise very rarely referred to as Lou. I'm a Northern Heathen having traced my ancestry back hundreds of years in Wales, Germany, Scotland and with the occasional bit of travel to Sweden and Denmark :-p
I was born in Lincolnshire, England and have family living still in Wales (mid and south) and in Bavaria, more specifically Die Schwarzwald (or the Black Forest).
I'm involved in heathen music projects, 'Yr Gwyddfa' and 'Telperion'. These do not yet have Myspace profiles as I have not yet recorded sufficient material.
I've begun a Heathen music distribution company called, Aesir Distribution which is on my top list. An official page will be launched for this soon, but feel free to go and check out the Myspace page for now.
I'm a pretty opinionated person when I want to be, though I do sometimes try to curb that in certain company or in difficult situations... though if you know me, you'll know it doesn't often work out that way.
Basically I sum myself up by saying: I do believe in the 9 virtues of heathenism and in my life there is room for little else, other than the following: Family, Friends, Music, Food, Drink, well written literature, nature, animals, occasional pearls of wisdom and philosophy, an enormous amount of misanthropy and an obsession for pointy metal objects!
