My favorite band is Blind Melon. I wish Shannon were still around I would have loved to see them and he was such an amazing person. RIGHT now my favorite band that is still around is Grace Potter and the nocturnals they are simply amazing HERE"S A VIDEO.. width="425" height="350" ....As for other stuff i really love BLuegrass and I swear i will learn to play the mandolin and the banjo sometime in the near future. My favorites when it comes to bluegrass are ALison Krauss and Union Station, Old Crow Medicine Show, Nickel Creek, Sam Bush, Yonder Mountain and many many others. ALso i really like Jam Bands like moe. , Widespread, Phish, Gov't Mule, etc. Of Course i Also Love the Greatful Dead. Other bands i really like are Postal Service, Better than Ezra, Sublime, Counting Crows, About any old Folk music and classic rock as well as most early 90's grungeand alternative rock stuff. well i pretty much like about all music even a lil bit of rap i'll be honest the early 90's gansta rap was awesome and i listen to it a bit. Ice Cube- Lethal Injection is fuckin awesome aswell as Warren G- regulate those are deffinetly my favorite rap albums. THe only stuff a really dont like to much is like really hard core metal the hardest band that i listen to is TOOL and they are about the only heavy band i listen to but they fuckin rock. but whatever i'm rambling now so Peace.

With the Hanged man there is often a sense of fatalism, waiting for something to happen. Or a fear of loss from a situation, rather than gain.
The Hanged Man is perhaps the most fascinating card in the deck. It reflects the story of Odin who offered himself as a sacrifice in order to gain knowledge. Hanging from the world tree, wounded by a spear, given no bread or mead, he hung for nine days. On the last day, he saw on the ground runes that had fallen from the tree, understood their meaning, and, coming down, scooped them up for his own. All knowledge is to be found in these runes.
The Hanged Man, in similar fashion, is a card about suspension, not life or death. It signifies selflessness, sacrifice and prophecy. You make yourself vulnerable and in doing so, gain illumination. You see the world differently, with almost mystical insights.
