About Me

Hi...My name is Sarah....I'm a former Real Estate Agent/Realtor®. After suffering my second bout of Cancer and my mother passing away from Cancer, I left a successful career in Real Estate, went back to school and got my Doctorate in Naturopathy to help other people stay well. After a 15 year hiatus, I was ready to get back into the Real Estate Market. However, in San Diego County (Southern California), the market dropped like a rock, market value of homes were declining, homeowner equity gone, foreclosures up 300%, now was not a good time for me. So I became an Agent with a Financial Services company that helps homeowners regain (lost) equity, get out of debt and payoff their homes in as little as 8 to 12 years. Thus helping homeowners to invest, what would have been their original house payment, into a second or third home for income property or other retirement investments.
