Marcelle and the Blowwaves

Marcelle has few interests aside from love and weeping. She cries so many tears that she must catch them in bottles and consume them in compliance with stage 3 water restrictions. Water retention drives her to seek love's evaporative qualities. In taking a boy into her embrace she places him at risk of severe steam burns to the face.
