Personality; Shadow â€œThe forbbiden oneâ€: Shadow is very honorable and always keeps his word. He does not tend to show his emotions, and doesn't always let his teammates know that he does actually care about them, and that they are his friends. Shadow can be kind and compassionate, but really doesn't know how to show such things because of where he grew up and the atmosphere there. There, he learned to care for himself, and only himself, but didn't completely close off his emotions as he is still able to care for others. He has the power of a S-class demon, and it has been said that the Earth's physics cannot contain over 10% of his power. He seems to hold a certain amount of respect for all his teammates (will go unnamed for now). He prefers to work on his own agenda, and has a notorious reputation in the Demon Realm. Yet, despite this, he is very honorable and always keeps his word. He does not tend to show his emotions, and doesn't always let his teammates know that he does actually care about them, and that they are his friends..
The Hiruiseki Necklace: A necklace that Shadow always wears which signifies his birth place; the glacial ice village in the sky. This necklace made from his mothers tear when she had given birth to Shadow, this necklace at that times turned into a priceless jewell. In his early years Shadow lived a life of dishonor killing just to kill to feed his lust for blood he wore the necklace in plane sight to lure other demons in knowing there greed would cause them to attempt to steal it from him. This gem the only memory of his past he bares as well the only memory of his birth place and it has been said at times there is a reflection of the one that holds Shadow's heart to be reflected in the jewell. At nights some have even gone to say you could see Shadow just staring endlessly into the gem as it calmed his soul and the mental struggle that constantly contiunes in his mind.
Swordsmanship; This is one of Shadow's most obvious of all abilities. Shadow is a great sword weilder, and the weapon he first used was believed to be the Katana. That is why he is so knowledgable in his swordplay. Shadow can give series of attacks with Katana, and usually lower class youkai's and possibly E class ningnes are killed instantly, and finding out afterwards that they have been hit. Shadow's movments at times to fast to be seen when he uses his swift sword movements and can only see a blur of black and white, since he keeps his speed intact very well. The Katana is believed to be one of the older weapons used by Samurais. Though I won't go into detail with that.
Other than being a "master" swordsman from the skills that he learned from Shigure, Shadow is also lightning fast, able to move at speeds faster than the human eye, and sometimes even faster than most demonsâ€™ eyes. He is a master of the Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryu, the black dragons which he tamed and summons from the Demon Realm for his use through the mystical tattoo on his right arm. Shadow is a hybrid fire and ice demon (yokai). He has some pyrokinetic and cryokinetic powers as well as many manipulations of the shadows and darkness around him, which grant him amazing resistance to extreme temperatures of heat and cold, as well as limited immunity against fire and ice based attacks. He possesses an implanted third eye in the middle of his forehead, called a Jagan Eye which amplifies all his natural powers and enables him to summon the hellacious fires of his homeland, Makai ( Demon Realm). The "Ja-gan" translates into "Evil-eye"; Shadow's Evil Eye not only amplifies his powers, but also gives him several other abilities, such as Telepathy, and Remote Viewing powers. He hides it behind a special sutra bandana, the same kind he uses to wrap up the Black Dragon on his right arm. The bandana forces it to "sleep" and lessen its drain on his reserves of yokai, but is ready to be revealed whenever he needs to use it. By combining both spirit energy and maritial arts into an elegant form. Shadow fought using the most advanced martial art in existence of the demon realm , which required the learning of all other forms of martial arts first before it could be studied, Resshuuken ( Breaking kicks style), this style uses the hands to ward away attacks while using the more powerful legs to inflict heavy blows. Mixing his powerful spirit energy to this style, he called his own style Reikouresshuuken which used the powerful style of Resshuuken, as well as special abilities like Resshukoukyuuha ( Resshuu Scarlet Ball Wave), a ball of powerful energy kicked at opponents, and Resshuushiendan ( Resshuu Purple Flame Shots), a cluster of many energy balls that bombard opponents from multiple angles. Another way Shadow has gone to use this ability is in an attack he now called Reppa Fuujinken (Slice Breaking Wind Punch), in which the user creates a huge tornado to the trap the opponent. While the opponent is trapped, it will be cut by scythe-like wind slashes created by the user. Jagan: literally Evil Eye. Shadow had this demonic eye implanted in his forehead years ago for a specific purpose. The Jagan gives Shadow a few psychic abilities, including: remote viewing, minor telekinesis, telepathy, memory alteration, and minor foresight. The Eye has also helped Shadow master a very powerful martial art with several flame techniques and others martial arts as well. This artificially created Jagan amplifies his power and enables him to summon the black fires of Makai (or Demon Realm) and channel it as an energy attack, often in the shape of a dragon mainly using his right arm that with holds the mystic tattoo of the black dragon down it for this it can also be done with both arms to some extent. Shadow has become aware of the patterns of energy which surround him. Accordingly, he can sense great concentrations or deployments of energy at a great range, the extent of which is undetermined. He has a special affinity for the life energies of "living" beings, and can use his Destructive Lust to augment them to a certain degree. Shadow's other senses are also thus enhanced: he has demonstrated the ability to see as far as a light year while concentrating and without obstructions to his line of sight. Although his senses are superhumanly keen, his sometimes detached and introspective nature occasionally leaves him unaware of his surroundings, losing himself in his own pyhicy at times leaving him open conpletly at times if an event stricking a nerve with him would occur. Even when his Jagan is closed it still grants him some abilities as well.Extreme Speed/Shimmering: Shadow's velocity is one of his most well-known abilities. Shadow is so fast that when running, he becomes like a blur to the naked eyes of mortals and can even leave behind after-images of himself to trick his opponent at the cost of some energy. It's this ability that makes some think he can teleport, but in actuality it's pure speed. In the past Shadow has us gone as far in his past to tell some Saiyan-jins he posses an ability much like there instant transmission called shimmering but truly he was running these far distances only in short main stream burst can he keep up this high velocity of speed do to the fact of gravity taking a tool on his body.

Ja-ou En-satsu Ryu (Evil-King's Blazing-Murder Style): Shadow's personal style of fighting, and the most feared martial art in Demon World due to the fact that all who tried to master it died. Usually the power was too great for them to control, or if they tried to use it at all, it would consume them. The most common method of death for those who attempted this style was when they tried to summon an actual Black Dragon for its ultimate technique, it would devour them. Shadow is one of the few known to have survived this style, and the only one to have mastered and lived to tell about it. Rengoku Shou: Or "Fist of the Mortal Flame" Unlike the Dragon and Sword, Shadow has full control of the crimson flame making the attack not as powerful as the darkness flame. Shadow draws the lesser flame of the human world into, one or both, of his fists, and utilizes his lightning speed to create an incredible fire based close range multi-striking attack as the energy engulfing his fist is a highly combustible source.

Ensatsu Ken: Or "Sword of the Darkness Flame" It's a blade made up almost completely of the same dark flame as the Dragon. Resorting to invoking the demonic flames, but instead of summoning the Dragon, he partially infuses some of its flames within his sword. However he does not use this attack often for two reasons: first, as it resembles a former person's weapon in his past that he hath not been to fond of; second, was because he found it cowardly to transfer such great power into a sword which made it easier to control.

Kokuryuha:Or "Dragon of the Darkness Flame. It's an extremely powerful attack in which Shadow summons a black dragon created from the fiery demon energy of the deepest pits of the Demon World and. This technique involves Shadow luring the dragons of the demon world using his demon energy to him and then releasing them in the direction of his target/enemy. The dragon cannot be controlled directly once released, however eventually Shadow learns to absorb the dragon. This puts him in a temporary super state with access to incredible power.

Dragon Absorption: Shadow has gained and mastered his control over the dragon, so great is the control that he can absorb it and its power to increase his own abilities such as strength, speed, and especially defense.

Dragon Flame Wall: (This is something Shadow can only do when he is on the ground.) The manifestation of this technique cause's Shadow to only have to call upon his natural affinity for fire. By thrusting his right arm onto the ground Shadow draws a few of the lesser dragon spirits into the world of the living; these spirits not as strong as the one called upon in the Dragon of the Darkness Flame techique. Because the dragons were made up from the same darkness as the for mentioned dragon the wall would inturn become dark flames as well. A large wave, of densified amounts of his demon energy form a wall. Either cooling an attack down by infecting the atoms that made up the attack, or heating the energy up to the point of its disintegration.

Breath of the Black Dragon King: From within Shadow's body he channles shards of the darkness flame and with a single exhaling breath Shadow would relase a torrent of black flames. If inhaled ash, sparks given off by the flame(s) would cause the enemy to mentally become disturbed. Almost instantly the dark particles would imbed themselves into the oxygen atoms causing the battle field to be over taken within a few seconds. The oppoent would need to hold their breath or suffer the effects of the infected air. This would cause a somewhat dementia to occur, and only ones focus and will shall remain. If the enemy were to be touched by these flames that Shadow expelled from his body a devastating burn will formuate into their body, this burn would spread throughout the opponets whole body and cause almost irreversible damage to ones circulatory system.

Spirit of Sacred Darkness (Ryu): While this spirit is out Shadow is able to illuminate the essence of light casting darkness all along the battle felid. Everything still remains but an inpeneratrable shade of darkness now lumes over it. As long as the spirit of Sacred Darkness remains out Shadow has the ability to sense anything in darkness around him in a 20 foot perimeter. His fighting style while this spirit is out tends to be a mixture of all four other styles. The spirit of Sacred darkness has the ability to attack or protect Shadow using the darkness emitted from his body. But eclipsing the battle felid is not the only thing the spirit of Darkness can do and is typically only seen when Shadow feels his opponent would give him an actual fight. This spirit gives him the ability to transform small amounts of dark energy into waves, or shards of energy. Either cooling the atoms in an attack down, or speeding up its atoms. If the attack is cooled down if he has enough energy stored he will most likely make it stop fully, and if he has chosen to speed the attack up it will most likely be to the point where the atoms would collided with one another and cause an explosion to form from the attack. This spirit would be Shadow's favorite as they hold the deepest bound, second only to the spirit of Sacred Fire.

Pannel mirrors: By freezing the water in the air Shadow can create dangerous mirrors that can explode when touched. These mirrors are also capable of deflecting any based attack, by copying the amount of inflicted power on them. Type 1: the attack cancels out, but a huge explosion is caused in which the energy used to formulate these mirrors is once again placed back into the air. Once the mirrors break the shards scatter in the direction of the original attack in a scatter shot like explosion. Type 2: The more common us of these mirrors being able to creat a wall or barrior of many mirrors with the ability to repel all soild objects and many energy based attacks as well but for each object more and more energy would go to be used.

Jagan Henshin: Or the" Evil Eye Transformation" this is when Shadow transforms, he becomes grayish with eyes covering his entire body. These extra eyes merely amplify his Jagan eye, giving him more power and speed, but it disorients him if his Jagan is blinded. In this form, Shadow can summon multiple Dark Flame Dragons. Through this form his other personalities release there hold on his body letting him sink into his own horrific past of his traumatizing deeds. In this form purely losing all control he held over himself as this form is used a last resort to killing his opponent or by someone manipulating the jagan eye someone can force Shadow to shift into this creature.

Akuma Nails (Demon Nails): Shadow can lengthen his claws as he misses a strike or so until it breaks or is broken. How ever the density of his nails rival that of a butter fly knife. When and if a nail breaks, a scatter shot of his aura energy bursts from all angles, in addition, the claws can repeatedly grow back.

Voice of the Ryu body of the Akuma( Voice of the Dragon body of the Demon): Shadow can howl and create a sound loud enough to deafen the ears of any listener. He is also able to regurgitate copies of himself; Or better yet make clones of himself that are mere bombs ready for explosion or they could even be crystal clones ready to explode on impact. The clones are able to move about, and only self-destruct on Shadow's command and when they make contact with the opponent, how ever the clones can't use any of the attacks Shadow has but are still as skilled as he is in their hand to hand combat each may have a different elemental fighting style.
