Band Members: Seems like a good place to explain the music I have up:
NECKBONE SOUFLE'- While in the studio working on some stuff for a documentary, Mark, Tom, Rudy, and I just shot this thing off the cuff, and so I named it and here it is. I wish the Harmonica was a bit louder but I guess that's because it's me playing.BLUESTUNE- Off the Steve Azar "Indianola" album again me playing harmonica. The Second verse is me singing and the really high voice is me. What the %$*! This was written by Steve Azar and MyselfI DON'T HAVE TO BE ME ('TIL MONDAY)- Off the Steve Azar "Waitin' On Joe" album. I'm not playing or singing on this one but I'm proud to say I co-wrote this one!CROWDED- Off the Steve Azar "Indianola" album. I'm Playing the drums and loop on this as well as singing back-up. Wrote this one with Steve Azar, and Ira Dean (Trick Pony)FLATLANDS- Off the Steve Azar "Indianola" album. I didn't write this one, I wish I did though! I'm playing congas, and singing back-up.
Influences: Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Booker T & the MG's, Donnie Hathaway, All the 60's Motown music, as well as the stuff from Stax. Then on to All the harmonica guys James Cotton, Junior Wells, Sonny Boy, William Clarke. There are so many wonderful artists out there who move me.
