About Me

I live, breathe, and write on http://www.panhistoria.com . It's an interactive role play site for writers and dreamers. Live out the lives of your alter-egos. It's a great place to make new friends or just imagine fantastic lives. I use it to hone my writing skills for that great American novel I plan to write one day.Pan Historia Characters:
Wyatt Earp - Frontier gambler, businessman, and lawman. I write his adventures in our fictional versions of Tombstone and Deadwood. It's very challenging to bring an historical character to life. I don't just draw on movies or TV shows for my inspiration (though there is definitely some of that going on) but from my research into the era which is extensive. That's my other passion besides writing: research.
Red King - Nuada Silver Hand King of the Seelie Court, or simply Red King, retired NYPD detective. This is for a fantasy novel of my own devising The Midnight People where ordinary people dream of an extraodinary future world where the myths and legends of old have come to life - and are kicking butt and taking names.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Michael Pollen, Thoreau, Shakespeare, Emily Dickinson, myself.

I Love the Smell of Paper Pulp in the Morning

I think about it sometimes.  How would I feel if my work was published in an eBook format?  I mean it's publication right?  It's getting my stuff out there?  So what that it's electronic?  After all m...

Why I Love What I Do

Several times I have hit on the topic of the isolation of the writer.  After all it's pretty much just you and your word processor (or for the Luddites amongst us: typewriters or yellow lined pads and...
