It's hard to say who I am, really. Who are we? That is the question. Are we really who we say we are? Often we view ourselves differenty than the way people really see us.
We were all raised with different belief systems, and come from such different backgrounds, and this effects the way we think and view life. I have given up my belief systems, I used to be a very different person. I am guided by spirit, and try to live my life according to "what's in my highest good". My goal is to live a conscious,centered,empowered and enlightened life
I am committed to my own spiritual journey and healing process. My mind is full of "judgments" and I know this and my goal is Nonjudgment....I am wrestling with my ego and hope to dissolve it eventually..." I am trying to get out of my own way and let spirit guide me. I am a human, being, and as such experience a wide range of emotions....of course deep down I have this bubbly gentle carefree spirit..but there is also Pain, Sadness, Guilt, Shame, Regret,etc, and I do have my own share of DARK DAYS and DOWN DAYS. The closer I get to my true path, and more healing work I do...the more intensity of emotions...and then the more I can experience peace in this moment. The more lighter and free I become, as I let go of the heavy past that used to weigh me down. Healing work is a committent and it's not easy: sometimes I wall off, shut down, and need my space and time to heal. I am peeling off layers until I reach the core--with each layer comes more peace and clarity, before it's time to unravel the next layer. I am not pretending to be something I'm not...I try to own all of my "stuff". To the best of my ability I have tried to provide an accurate description of how I view "me". Life is always changing, and so am I.

I LOVE music, it is a big part of my life. I am a singer/songwriter and write music on my Yamaha M08. I am in the process of recording, and would love to collaborate with other musicians who might vibe with me. You can check out my music on www.myspace.com/namastemle. I am a Reiki Master. Reiki is a Ancient Japanese Energy Technique. I also work with essential oils and crystals. I am fascinated by holistic medicine and "energy". I am currently attending school for massage therapy. I am so excited to finally be on my true path. I have been massaging since I was 4 years old and it has been my dream to become an LMT and "Healer" for a very long time!! I would love to open up my own "spa" or healing center one day. Energy fascinates me, I also like Chinese Medicine, EFT, and manay other healing modalities. I would love to see the Caribbean, Hawaii, and anywhere it's warm and the water is crystal clear and deep blue.
My passion in life is helping others and the world around me heal. I was introduced to holistic medicine ten years ago, in which I began my "Healing Journey". I was very much healed by modalities such as acupuncture, energy work, chiropractic, massage therapy, homeopathy, meditation, deep breathing exercises, healthy diet. I view life as a learning opportunity to grow and change! I am always observing life and the world around me, analyzing and trying to making sense of it all, while at the same time remembering to just breathe, relax, go with the flow, and "let it all go"!
I am an avid animal lover. I have four cats. I love gardening, being outdoors, working with plants. Love the beach, watching the sunset at night. I love taking pictures/photography.
