About Me

i guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons.
let's start with the basics; i'm jess and i'll be sixteen in less than two weeks. hard to believe right? i'm a sophomore at hhs and i know i can do better. bad grammar bothers me; say 'done' instead of 'finished' or 'good' instead of 'well' and i will correct you. i enjoy good music, although i believe society has a warped view of what 'good music' is. i'm never without my ipod; that means i won't hear 95% of the things you say. don't take it personally. i choose my friends very carefully and i am extremely protective of the people i love. i enjoy reading and i don't really like waking up early in the morning. i love that other english speaking countries use 'u's in words like colour and parlour although i think it's ridiculously pretentious. i find things to be happy about everyday because i know how blessed i am. i'm intelligent and determined to go to college as far away as possible. i'm tired of waiting on everyone around me to grow up. i'll make something of myself one day soon, just wait and see.
