MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT PART TWO!Parker Brothaz - Real Life Part 2
Fresh. No one word better defines two of Seattle's most influential rap artists, Stretch and Eclipse, better known as the Parker Brothaz. After nearly a decade of footwork the duo shows no sign of fatigue, and in fact, is making a very clear statement: we have arrived. Both Brandon "Stretch" and Rhashad "Eclipse" Parker began their careers as solo artists on the cult-classic Fed's Finest: 253 Pt., 1 The Compilation, produced entirely by J-Hen (later know as Tha Bizness). Shortly after it's release, the brothers formed the Parker Brothaz and continued to release and be featured on several independent projects, including the groundbreaking album The Knockout Kings. Upon listening to their music, it becomes apparent that the formula for their success is realism. While neither brother has experienced a life of ease, both have turned negatives into positives and have shared their outlook on life through songs. It's also no secret that the two are the life of the party, often performing nightly or dropping in on all of the hotspots, raising the energy level venue by venue. With the release of their hit single, "I'm a Star", from the freshman album So Fresh Coast, the Parker Brothaz have received regional notoriety and have brightened the mood of even the frailest of thug! With a sound that spans years of growth and bridges generational gaps, there is definitely a little something for everybody, as far as these two are concerned. 2008 marks the culmination of sleepless nights, red-eye flights, and 20,000+ street sales as the entire nation receives a formal introduction from the new kids on the block and the new west coast revival. Representing the Fresh Coast, with the support of 219 Productions, Sea-Sick Records and the Block Teamsters Union, I give you, the Parker Brothaz.
