Since the start of the 1990's Nelli Rocc starting his career in the underground music seen as D-loe-sha. Listed as a gangster rapper Nelli hit da streets with local Producer/Rapper, Blineside. Both D-Loe-Sha and Blineside were on the same page. Blowing up their neighborhood. Then summertime hit and D-loe-sha got a keyboard and producing his own Beats. Then in mid 1995 hooked up with long time best friend Chris aka C-Rip and flooded the East Side Fairfield with nothing but Claybank music/Smoke Out Family "Thug Crip" "You Shouldn't of Been Bangin",and "The Cause of Death". At the same time Nelli also release Tri Area with Blineside Nelli's flow changed from slow rap to "Gas Brake Dip Stop My Shit" (Darnell Walls-Nig-A-D) ,Changed the name to "D-Loe Premo Exhale". Jason Bailey quoted "He's ahead of time, I had to really listen to what he is saying". Then Nelli Rocc moved to Santa Ana california and hooked up with Mansion of Mayhem wit Stay Strap and release another underground album.But Moving so much that album didnt do so well.Nelli hit pittsburg california solo again and pumped out alot of coco county artist and hit the underground sence hard.Now Nelli Rocc complete his ablum in Salt Lake City Ut thanks to long time friend Jason aka Blineside under Eva Heard Ent.Nelli Rocc is Going to push out a banger for the fans and friends later this year.Eva Heard/Mansion of Motha Fuckin Mayhem.So dont sleep on the POP STAR JUNKIE
