[Professional Experience]  Performed with various bands in the Jazz, Latin Jazz, cabaret, and pop genres. Gave a public concert at Club Ikspiari in Tokyo Disney Resort with Chiemi Nakai, and Kazumi Ikenaga and Iwao Masunaga. The concert was a success being attended by approximately 100 guests. The concert consisted mostly of jazz standards, including “How high the moon” and “Sing sing sing.” There were also some Cole Porter songs performed in a Latin format. The concert was recorded and the demo DVD is available upon request. Gave a public concert at Tenri in New York with Chiemi Nakai, and Noriko Ueda. The concert was a success being attended by approximately 45 guests. Produced a CD “Yuka, Cole Porter, Latin Groove” with several musicians to coincide with the rise of Porter’s popularity, especially since release of the film “De-Lovely.” This CD is currently being marketed and sold. Chiemi Nakai and Emmanuel Bizeau made the Latin-style arrangements. Performed as vocalist with “The Tiny Babble Band” and have performed for both public and private audiences, for example, on MTV and at various celebrities’ residences. The Tiny Bubble Band also has produced a CD. Harmonia Opera Company, Female Lead, Produced in New York City by Emiko Iinuma. Vocalist with Saint Cecilia’s choir lead by the well-known conductor and musician David Randolph. Lead vocalist (in Tokyo, Japan) with the pop group “ Side Pocket” which produced a demo which was well received. Gave cabaret performances at various nightclubs in Tokyo, Japan including “Misty.” Lead vocalist with the pop group “Craft” and produced a CD “ Craft” which sold out.[Education] Brooklyn-Queens Conservatory of Music, Flushing, NY, 1998, Studied Jazz vocal and piano under Enos Payne. Also studied privately with various voice coached and teachers.
