I'm attending NJIT for Mechanical Engineering. I'll be a junior in the fall, though it will only be my second year of college. I was supposed to have a double major, but that's another story (basically, I don't want to be in college 5-6 years). I want to design toys as a profession. I have an inborne knack for games, I love conversation, I love music, and I enjoy time with the people I've grown close to.
I've been told my greatest personal accomplishment in my life SHOULD be going on to American Legion Boys' Nation. While I think it's better than any of the academic stuff I've done, I'll always be proud of the time when I was ranked 6th globally for competitive Pokemon (Nerdcore as MC Frontalot would say, I know). Some people think that sounds dorky I guess, but I was good and I went for it.
My two newest game obsessions are In the Groove and Katamari Damacy. In the Groove is like DDR, but harder and with more creative options. Katamari Damacy... is absolutely bizarre but check it out. Also, Guitar Hero.
I've had a variety of nicknames... Jimbo, Jiminey Cricket, Jimalayah, Jimathy, and most recently Ron Jeremy (2000+ people called me that, I'm keeping a tally. long story).
I'm on myspace because my friend Melissa had an html question. She needed a friend to help her solve it, so that required me to get an account. The question of whether or not I'd maintain this sort of faded a while ago.
