Bishop Johnston was feeling a call to serve the Lord but the feeling didn’t get strong until after the Lord called his wife, Sharon, to be with Him. A month after Sharon passed away from Kidney failure and Lupus, while driving on his way to technical school, Bishop heard the Lord talk directly to him. He quit technical school and started getting degrees that had anything to do with religion. He couldn’t learn enough. Bishop suffers from dyslexia but got a 4.0 when studying the world of our Lord.
He was married in 2005 to his beautiful wife, Melissa, whom he went to high school with. They did not know each other well in high school but God’s grace brought them together years later. Bishop Johnston aspires to minister to and work with drug and alcohol addicted people with the goal of helping them off the streets. He hopes to start some kind of training program to retrain homeless people to help them off the streets and into a place they can call home, he aims to reach out to hospital patients whom are dialysis-cancer patients, and to reach out to people, of all ethnic backgrounds, and help them learn how wonderful our Lord is.Our current work is helping out a small group in Pakistan with starting church.
