About Me

J.J. Tindall is an internationally-acclaimed, Chicago-based poet, musician and recording artist. His first CD, "Men in Love," was released in 2000, and the single "Star Town" became No. 30 for the Year at Anna Livia Radio, Dublin, Ireland. His next CD, "Songs in the Rock Genre," was released in 2002. Both albums are now available at i-Tunes, Rhapsody, E-Music and more (CDs available at CDBaby.net). "The City" was recorded with Andrew Robb live at The Copse in Glen Ellyn, IL, October, 2008.His first book of poems, "Joe the Dream," is available at Barnes&Noble.com . He has toured Europe giving readings of his poems set to music and has also been appeared at the Seattle Poetry Festival and Chicago's Printer's Row Book Fair. Tindall is currently Poet in Residence at The Beachwood Reporter, which is compiling his second book of poems.
