C I Double

*C I Double is the definition of what it means to persevere. His hard work and determination has lead him to new heights. His birth place is Chicago Illinois and that’s where he began to turn his dream into a reality.*It was always told to him that the talent was always there, he just needed the right influence to bring it out of him. By the time he defined his skills and practiced on his talent, he started to become the best of the best. He is a very smart and ambitious person and with all of his time and energy put into his music, he started to use his intelligence on a higher level behind his lyrics.*When Double attended school, he performed in plays, talent shows, and other outside events from grade school all the way to high school. Music was natural to him and he even came to the point in his life where he wanted to do nothing unless it related to music in some form.*C I Double has made it on the stage at few clubs in his home town like The What’s Up Lounge, Douglas Park, Apollo in da’ Hood, House of Blues, Club Carma, etc. He has performed with several key artists throughout Chicago and awaits eagerly for the day where his talent will score him definite success in the music industry.*C I Double gives his audience what they’ve been missing for quite some time: strong, upbeat, seamless music and genuine, perfected straight-up outstanding tracks. Double has a lifelong love for music and an eager desire to entertain. This is the reason why the music industry would be the perfect test for C I Double’s chance to advance!*In 2003, C I completed his first official album called “My Lifestyle”. At this time, he established an agreement with a professional company known as Disc Makers to design his first album. This album was distributed all throughout Chicago.*In 2004, C I Double finished a mixtape titled “I’m From The Lost City” and got the opportunity to travel to Alabama for a family occasion. But for Double, music was first on his mind so he brought 500 copies of his release and distributed them all across Montgomery, Alabama with the help of local artists down south.*In 2005, C I and a group of others got the opportunity to open up for two established artists by the names of Johnny P and Twista. This was a unique experience for Double which made a big impact on his music and future projects.*In 2006, Double made his way to the radio station by delivering one of his many songs and succeeding with radio play for the first time on 107.5 WGCI. The song title “The Chicago Bears New Theme Song” was aired for two weeks during the time of the superbowl in 06’. This was one of his first big achievements on the ladder of many more to come.*In 2007, Double explore through a city with great music exploitation, Atlanta Georgia. Here, he promoted his latest releases and won the hearts of many natives throughout Atlanta. He traveled downtown and got to experience the excitement of many club spots and the Georgia lifestyle of music.*The year of 2008, C I Double has yet completed another sensational album titled “Double The Black”. Distribution of the album has begun and the reviews are overwhelming.*2009 is the year where major things will happen!
