About Me

while the Soybeans hadn't assembled for awhile ,... Tom Gravelly Peas & WHODA. got toge-THOR! ( God of Thunder, and Rock and Roll) with James for the first time since working with him on the Soybeans album 'Meat and Maggots Thru the Mail' ... 3 practices yeilded these fun little tunes. this was just prior to the Dr. Mudbath album ( with Robt. Scrimm filling the vacancy of James) , this cassette was yet again !!! recorded onto the built in mic of a boombox...live, we set up in an A-frame attic above a three car garage or something. I used Jim's Ibanez les paul style Beauty of a Guitar for the Tracks. gorgeous Humbuckers ....oooohhhh late 70's biting distortion. ... ohhhhhhh!side note: I beleive Jorma and Stu from the Soybeans were recording a couple of wonderful albums under the Moniker 'Dead McMurray' ... ( If anyone has a copy of this tape. Mine is lost and I would love a copy to restore and transfer to digital, PUH- LEASSSSEEE !!! ) .we never worked with james again as he was pulled into non-musical obligations.
